On perhaps the toughest course in the area, Lois finished 3rd among over 130 runners. The course featured numerous steep uphill climbs and the weather was hotter than expected, making even the spectators sweat. The girls team did not finish too close to the top, but they placed higher than local rival Xenia Christian. Once again, Lois ran most of the race alongside Bethany from XC, who finished just behind Lois in fourth place. Paloma came in 11th and Kelly ran a good race, continuing her comeback from a calf injury. All runners should feel proud to finish this course. View results here. Next meet is Saturday at Bellbrook.
