Lois, Kelly, and Sheila ran in the Shelley Colbert 5K on Saturday. Kelly and Lois went to Shelley’s for pre-school. Lois finished in an intentional 3-way tie for first with friend Paloma and coach Jessica. Lois also ran the Lou Cox 5K on Monday, winning her age group. See results here.
