On Saturday, Lois Miller took first place in both the mile and 800 meter events as well as running the first leg of a winning 4 X 400 team as the Yellow Springs girls middle school track team won its conference championship meet. This meant that Lois finished the season undefeated in both the mile and 800. Once again, Bethany from Xenia Christian came in second in the mile, though it was not as close as the previous week’s furious finish.
